PROCESS
Payment :
Full payment is required before I start drawing. Once I begin working on your commission, no refunds will be given.
Usage:
Artwork is for personal use only by default.
Selling or using the artwork commercially is not allowed unless a commercial license is purchased for an additional fee.
Please do not remove my signature, and always give me credit if you post the artwork publicly.
Queue & Slots:
Commissions are handled first come, first serve. I currently do not limit slots, but updates will be posted if this changes.
Deadlines:
If you have a specific deadline, please inform me in advance.
Updates:
I will keep you updated throughout the process and maintain an up-to-date queue.
References:
You must provide references. If you want me to design something from scratch, additional fees may apply.
Revisions:
You are entitled to three revisions per stage (sketch, ink, color).
Each additional revision costs €20.
After the base sketch approval, coloring will begin, and no further changes to the sketch can be made.
Original Characters:
If you request a character that is not yours, I must receive permission from the original creator.
Rights:
I reserve the rights to all artwork I create and may use it as I see fit.
Purchasing a commercial license does not transfer ownership; it only grants usage rights.
Refusal:
I reserve the right to refuse any request I am not comfortable with.
Delivery:
Completed commissions will be sent via email in the agreed file format.
Agreement:
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of the above terms
